Beauty is everywhere


Beauty Of Nature
Look around. Beauty is everywhere. It can be ornate and elaborate or pure and simple. Beauty can be found in the smallest places or when one is least expecting it. If something is beautiful, it is meant for people to stop and stare. Beauty should be appreciated.   Beauty brings smiles to peoples faces, and in beauty people find happiness. Although it is often overlooked, Nature is the most beautiful thing of all.
Picture a beach. The ocean seems to stretch on forever.   The water gives off a calm feeling as the shades of blues and greens blend together.   There has never been anything more beautiful.   The waves crash onto the shore and give a feeling of tranquility. The tiny grands of sand unify to present the illusion of one long path. In this one scene, beauty is everywhere. In the colors of the ocean, the sound of the waves, and everything else that nature has provided.   People are attracted to the beauty of the beach because of the calming affect. In New Jersey alone, there are 127 miles of coastline, including sixty-three public beaches (Phillips).   People travel all over the world to relax and enjoy the beautiful beaches nature has provided.
The forest has always been a majesticall place. And although the childhood image of talking animals and plants are unrealistic, there is still magic to be found in the beauty of the forest. “With its graceful branches and luminous, leaves, perfectly suited for a life under the overarching canopy off the oaks and hickories… ”   (Little).   In the forest, the trees are green and luscious; the leaves seem to create an umbrella overhead.   The colors change with the seasons and each season brings a different image of beauty.   There are over 100,000 species of trees in the world (Hosny El-Lakany).   Trees only cover about 29.6% of Earth, or 9.6 billion acres (Hosny El-Lakany).
