Natural Vs Organic

In general beef is a quality healthy product that has been enjoyed by the world's diet over thousands of years. Our world is a changing place, however, consumers' attitudes towards food is aware that it is generally changing. Meat consumption has been around for hundreds if not thousands of years.
In the last century the production efficiency has improved. In the 1960's small farmer feeder's had been responsible for the sales of the local markets and grocery stores offering a fairly limited amount of produced on grass cattle.   Also in the 60's cattle producers got together and decided to be more efficient in their feeding to their cattle. They felt if they got together the cattle feeding would collectively in large their facilities and help commercialized their feeding yards by numbers.
Cattle feeding became a prime target for researchers to study the science in academia and the commercial settings that can identify the product that can help improve the efficiency of production. The quality of the product was also address in the study.
The research results were also consisting of promo ants and enhancers of the feeding. These changes were well received and improved to obvious benefit. However, consumers became concern of the ingredients that were given to the cattle. Such as steam-flaking corn, growth promo ants and enhancers.   Families main concerns were the safety in the meat and would it cause an effect on my families' health. Because of these concerns this had cause a big growth in the natural and organic beef industries.
Beef is majority being consumed and is still conventionally on the market.   Cattle producers are deceasing the effects of demand on the natural and organic products. According to www.cattletoday.com (p2) there is a big question for many producers and consumers on what is natural or organic beef? They also would like to know what the difference between the two.
